   When we're not being mindful, when we're used to drifting through the banality of everyday, sometimes a bit of magic can creep in when it's least expected. It was Valentines Day and I'd just encountered a flock of teenagers handing out single flowers with notes attached to the stems, to people passing by. The notes read: spread love, live well, be true to your heart.

   These sentiments and the image of the teens drifting across the parking lot passes into my field of thought before I bring my concentration around to the task at hand. I'm interviewing Ann Wilson of the dynamic sister act, Heart.
